ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

• All IMC Trike (IRS) Independent Rear Suspension Units (Rear-ends), Body Kits and Trike Kits have a one year unlimited miles warranty due to defective materials or workmanship from date of purchase.to the original purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original retail purchaser.
• This limited warranty covers materials and workmanship, it does not cover labor, or paint, powder coat, polishing or chrome.
• To obtain the benefit of this warranty, delivery of the warrantied parts via prepaid transportation to IMC Trike. If the product is damaged in shipping it is the sole responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping company.
• Any part that is repaired or replaced under this warranty will, itself, be warrantied only for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product being repaired or replaced.
• All electrical components are covered for 60 days. After 60 days purchaser must contact the defective part manufacturer for their warranty.
• IRS units and trike kits installed on and used on off-road vehicles, racing or competition have no warranty. Any parts modified or installed for use other than their original design and application have no warranty.
• Who is covered:
  The original Purchaser from date of purchase.
• What is covered: Defective material or workmanship.
• What's not covered:
  Labor or paint, powder coating, polishing, or chrome.
  Parts failure as a result of improper installation, misuse, abuse, or the failure or another part that is not part of the IMC Trike product.
• All wheels and Tires are not covered by IMC Trike.
